- Please complete the loan application included along with the requested supporting documentation (below) to me as soon as possible. Once I receive your information, you will be sent initial loan disclosures based on the information and documentation you provided. Please keep in mind disclosures are estimates only and may not reflect your final interest rate, sales price, and/or loan amount.
- Our first task is to obtain your loan approval. Loan approval can take anywhere from 24 hours to one week, depending upon your loan type and our loan volume. During this time you will be working closely with our Relationship Manager, Lisa Jackson. She will aide you in fulfilling any loan conditions requested by our underwriter. Conditions met in a timely manner will help streamline the loan process towards closing the guarantee no last minute “hang-ups.”
- We are able to lock your interest rate, as your rate will not be locked until we have verbal confirmation from you to do so. Remember to save pay stubs and bank statements during this time because, in some cases, we may need to update your file prior to closing.
- Once your rate is locked and we have all conditions, it will be time for us forward your final loan documents to escrow. It is at this time you will be asked to obtain a cashier’s check for any funds due, payable to the escrow company. This should occur approximately one week prior to your move-in-date. Please let us know if you have any plans to travel at this time.
- Your loan will fund once the home is complete and ready for you to occupy.
