First, we simply build a better quality home. We conduct over forty different in house Quality Inspections
throughout the construction of your home, not to mention that we have more third party inspection performed on each home than
is required by code, local building departments, or the state. With this level of checks and balances you now know why our
homes surpass industry norms.
Second, we are proactive with our customer service; we will check in with you during your first year in your
home to conduct two additional Home Walkthroughs. We want to make sure every dynamic of your home and its components maintains
our standards for excellence.
