Typical items that you will be required to show before your mortgage application is submitted are:

1. Contract (if applicable)
2. One month pay check stubs
3. Two years W-2's
4. Two months bank statements on all accounts
5. Addresses and loan information on other real estate presently owned (lease agreements, if applicable)
6. Money for credit report and appraisal fee (usually $350 - $400)
7. VA (if applicable) Certificate of Eligibility
8. Drivers license and Social Security card
