This builder has an excellent reputation in the area and I can see why. They were happy to install items with no further negotiation and the home is very well made. So far there are very few items that are anything less than perfect and I know those items will be fixed when they come back for a warranty walk through. I would definitely buy from this builder again. The process of buying from this builder was very easy.
